A perfect neutral: creamy oatmeal-colored, but with delicate speckles to add some excitement.
If you love a good neutral, but want it to have that little something extra, you will love Jersey Cow as much as I do. It's a super soft grey-brown shade, just that perfect oatmeal color, but with my signature delicate speckles of navy, bronze, and mossy green.
It's one of my Anne of Green Gables-inspired colorways, and its name draws from the 1980s CBS/PBS series when Anne and Diana romp through a muddy field to catch Anne's jersey cow.
I'm offering this color on two of my favorite fingering weight yarn bases, plus Harvest Sport and Mohair-Silk Lace—which can be held with either of the two to make four different fabrics suitable for a wide range of sweater, shawl and sock patterns.
My own work-in-progress (a Uniform sweater) is pictured, and the fabric is Targhee Sock with Mohair-Silk Lace.
Pre-orders ship in 4 to 6 weeks and earlier if I can.
