Harvest Sport | PREORDER for the Tidal Creek sweater

If you’d like to knit a Tidal Creek sweater and want to order just the yarn, this is the listing for you.

I have stocked up on this beautiful base, and am ready to dye it for you—perfectly timed to happen during my school’s summer break!

    More about this yarn:

    • It's as gentle on the earth as possible. The wool is fully grown and spun in the US, where you likely live. It's non-superwash (untreated). The merino-rambouillet sheep who grow this wool live in the western part of the US, and the spinning happens in my home state of North Carolina. A yarn that's made in the US means less travel, a small footprint, and worker protections.
    • It feels great in your hands: It's next-to-skin soft at 21 microns and is bouncy, elastic, and squishy.
    • It will last a long, long time: It has a tight twist and 3-ply structure, which help it resist pilling for a tiny bit longer than other very soft wools.
    • It makes a plush and well-defined fabric: Stockinette fabric is squishy and plush, and textured stitch patterns have beautiful definition. But my favorite is a cable pattern in Harvest Sport. Cables simply pop!
