After 8 years of dyeing my Kindred Spirits yarn subscription club and over 40 Anne of Green Gables-inspired colorways, it's time for me to bring this wonderful, inspired project to a close.
As some of you know, I began graduate school last year and despite all my good planning, it was trickier than anticipated to keep the club (mostly) on schedule. This coming academic year will include a more intensive internship and writing my thesis, so now is a good time to conclude this part of my yarn dyeing.
I still plan to dye yarn, but on a more limited basis and in a more hobby-oriented way.
If you love my yarn bases and dye style, you'll still be able to get it. I have A LOT of inventory I've been dyeing over the past year that just needs photographing and packaging, so this coming year, Little Skein Yarn will shift to in-stock yarn drops.
What happens next for club members:
Thank you to the hundreds of yarn lovers who have been part of the Kindred Spirits club, whether this coming skein will be your first, or whether you've been here for all 8 years (as many of you have been).
