FAQs about our subscription box

 

How can I subscribe? We are currently closed to new subscribers, but will re-open sign-ups on the 20th of the month before a box ships, as follows:

June 20 for the July box
August 20 for the September box
October 20 for the November box
December 20 for the January box
February 20 for the March box
April 20 for the May box

Please visit the shop on the next subscription opening date. If you'd like an email reminder, please sign up for our newsletter. We always send out a heads-up when we're about to open new subscriber spots.

When will my box ship?  Little Stitches boxes ship every other month, with boxes shipping in January, March, May, July, September, and November. We aim to ship around the 10th of the month, but it could be a few days before or after. You'll get a tracking number and email when your box ships, and we also post in our Ravelry group when all the boxes are safely on their way.

What if I don't like what's in the box? Little Stitches boxes are a surprise, with hand-picked and hand-crafted treasures chosen by us. If you don't like surprises, it's probably not a good idea to subscribe. And, if you're ever disappointed by a box, our regular return policy applies: If you return your box in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund.

When will I be billed?  Your credit card will be charged for your first box on the day you sign up, and for future boxes, on the 15th of the month before a box ships, so on the 15th of February, April, June, August, October, and/or December.

How can I confirm that I have an active subscription? Manage your subscription by first logging into your account, and then clicking on "Manage your subscriptions."

How do I cancel?  First, log into your account and then click on "Manage your subscriptions." (See above screenshot.) If you want to cancel, be sure to do so before the 15th of the month before a box ships. If your cancellation occurs after the 15th of the month before a box ships, you'll be charged for and will receive the next box (but won't receive boxes thereafter).

Once I've subscribed, can I order more of items in my box? Most likely! About a week after your box ships, you'll get an email with a link to a special subscriber shop update. We always have full skeins of the yarn colors available and other items as we are able.

Can I order previous boxes? As we are able, we re-make extras from previous boxes. When previous boxes are available, they'll be offered, first, in our special subscriber shop update. If we have extra boxes available after subscriber orders, they'll be listed in a regular shop update. Be sure you're signed up for our newsletter, as we'll always give newsletter subscribers a heads-up when a previous box has gone into the shop.
