For everyone who thinks home is the nicest place of all.
I love enamel pins for decorating my knitting bags, or sometimes just wearing it on my coat lapel. It's a simple (and sometimes surprisingly moving) way of declaring my love for a book or a message that lifts my heart.
This little enamel pin features a hand-drawn farmhouse, styled after Green Gables, and the lovely words, "Home is the nicest place there is." The pin is approximately 3/4 inch high and 1 1/4 inch long.
My Fearkess pin went right onto my Liberty Knits Sock n’ Book Tote. It makes me happy every time I see it.
I love this pin/locket. My only objection is there is no clasp or magnet to keep the locket closed. I admit I haven't placed the pin on anything yet but I did plan to add it to a project bag. Since it doesn't latch/stay closed I've opted not to use it as planned.
The Little Prince is one of my all time favorite books, and these pins capture the feeling of the story perfectly. Very well made!
This set takes me right back to the Gleason Public Library in the little town where I grew up. The pins are very nice quality and I like the concepts behind the company. Thank you!
As the mother of three grown boys and now five grandsons eight and under, I can't help but chuckle whenever I think about this wonderful book. The pins are solid quality and nice detail. I am very happy to have purchased them. I just hope all my boys always know that as far as their mother and grandmother is concerned, their suppers will always be "...still hot."
